We received our boat cover just in time to place it on our boat right before Hurricane Dorian was expected to hit. This cover is amazing! No rips or tears from the high winds. No water inside of the boat. I am so surprised how well this cover held up and I would not hesitate to buy another one or recommend to people. A plus also, It was easy to install. Both myself and my husband placed it on before the storm but you could easily place this cover on by yourself.

Great product. Fit my boat like a glove. With the tie downs it trailers great. The 2 vents just behind the windshield are better placed than my previous cover that was vented in the back of the cover. The ballooning is reduced considerably by the positioning of the vents. Having a pull cord instead of elastic to hold the cover tight on the boat reduces the ballooning as well.

This is the second shark skin cover that we have had, it holds tight during traveling, billowing is very minimal, and lasts, very happy with this cover! GH

I shopped for a cover at a number of competitors site. iboats had the best value for me. I am ordering a second Westland Sharkskin Plus cover. The first one lasted 4 years until a hailstorm punched it full of holes. The cover protected my boat from snow and ice, and severe weather. It also trailers very well at highway speeds. I considered other higher priced covers, but decided this one certainly meets my needs.

The cover came quickly. I contacted customer service when ordering to be certain I would get the right cover. The material is hardy, seams and loops appear to be sewn well with double stitching. I do not really care to cut a hole in the cover for the vented pole when the cover has 2 rigid vents 24" apart and just behind the windshield anyway. I probably would not have ordered it had I known the vents were there. I think the ratcheting rope cincher is a necessity. Be sure to order one. The cover was ordered for my specific year, make, and model, but appears to be a generic fit for any 18' bow rider. It is a semi custom cover, so the fit is not exact, but generous enough for good coverage. I have not towed with it yet, nor has there been any rain since it was put on. From what I can see, it will trailer just fine. At this point, I am satisfied with the cover.

I was hesitant to purchase this cover based on a couple of other reviews, however since my boat's year and model were listed I took a chance. I figured there was no reason the sumbrella covers would use a different pattern compared to the highly rated non-sunbrella westland semi-custom covers. I am definately glad I made the purchase. For about half the price of the custom cover I got the protection I needed and look forward to the durability of the sunbrella material. The boat spends most of its time out of the water, and makes about 2-3 trips a year of no more than 2 hr drive. I can definately appreciate the advantages of the custom cover, but for my needs this cover is sufficient and freed up a couple hundred dollars for my other toys. The fit is in line with other semi-custom covers I've ordered in the past. I haven't trailered the boat with the cover on yet but I see no immediate concerns in doing so. Its a huge improvement of the last non-waterproof cover that required an additional tarp while parked in the driveway. Now I can rely on the cover without the tarp, and the sewn in vents are great for helping the boat to breath. I do use a pole to hold up the center of the cover to keep water from pooling up on it. Definately reccomend this product.

I was very hesitant to order this cover after reading some of the reviews but am glad I made the purchase. Our boat doesn't get a ton of use and sits outside on the trailer most of the summer. I wanted the sunbrellla material without the cost of a custom fit cover, and that's exacly what this is. The same fit as my old semi custom cover but now I don't have to worry about rain soaking through the cover. I did buy the cover for my exact boat

Very impressed with material and construction But is about 3 inches short of covering the factory molded in swim platforms for a 1988 searay seville this was the cover recommended on line I guess next time I would order a size larger and not go with the recommended one on web site. I received as a gift and when I went to web site for a return it said none returnable past 30 days (so if you are ordering as a gift keep this in mind. Appears to be a great product but the size is a bit off

The product is good and light weight, one complaint when I called to order I asked what color the tie down loops were and was told they will come the color of the top. I order a grey top and the loops were black, I have found in the past that the black loops mark up the boat.
