Fabric: Sharkskin Supreme SD
My wife and I ordered the Sharkskin supreme according to the directions on the website. We ordered for an 18 foot seaswirl with an outboard motor. Initially the cover looked good. The material is decent. Then we put it on. Here are the reasons we are less than pleased. The rear corners of the cover do not meet the rear corners of the boat. They are slightly forward of the corners which cause ripples in the cover when we try to tighten the cover to the boat. Also, the bow of the cover has no way to tighten down in the front. The two most forward straps are at the sides of the cover about 18 inches back. This means the bow just loosely sits there. The draw string at the rear of the cover does not provide enough tightening power to hold the bow of the cover firmly in place. The loops for the straps are ok but the straps just slip through the loops when we try to tighten them. It's a bit awkward and frustrating to have to try to hold the strap and tighten the strap at the same time. A buckle attached to the boat cover that connects to the straps would have been a better deaign. Instead of simple loops. My over all opinion is that for the money, it's not a whole lot better than a Less expensive option. I was hoping for better than the covers I've purchased in the past for much less money. Does not seem to be the case. Dissapointed customer.
