HangTyte Boat Cover System

HangTyte is the new way to keep your boat cover pulled tight. It's the simple solution - so you don't have to use those frustrating poles under the boat cover.

With HangTyte, you won't have to crawl under the cover to set it up! As you roll the cover back, the HangTyte system will already be attached to the cover.

You simply hook the rope over the tower, finish covering the boat, and tighten the adjustable ratchet system with a rope from the side of the boat.

I am very pleased with the cover and glad I went with the Sunbrella material. The cover fit perfectly. The cover looks great on teh boat...firm and taunt. I really like the way the cover seals around the wake board tower - much better than the original cover. This helps to keep out spiders and other unwanted critters. The cover looks good covering the back of the boat and the swim platform. My original cover had poles that snapped into reinforced snaps in the fore and aft sections of the cover to peak the cover to aid in shedding water and other debris. The new cover does not. I have a slip where I store my boat out of the water and under a protective deck. I am not sure water would collect on the cover during a hard rain if stored in the open. However, the cover seems tight enough to easily shed water. I do have one complaint: the cord installed in the hem of the cover to tighten and secure the cover on the boat using the rachet hooks was too short. There was no way I could stretch the chord to get it all connected. I had to take a length of chord (about 2.5 feet) from my old cover and tie it in to the chord on the new cover to be able to tie loops and have enough chord length to grab to tighten around the boat.
